It's clever and practical. When a child falls in the pool, don't expect them to climb on the side even if they know how to swim. The child may get tired or panic to be able to climb out. THE SAFEST WAY IS TO LEARN TO FLOAT AND CRY FOR HELP. THE CHILD CAN ALSO FALL ASLEEP ON THEIR BACK. ALTHOUGH NOT INTENTIONAL, POOL ACCIDENTS DO HAPPEN AND THIS METHOD WILL GIVE THE CHILD VITAL TIME UNTIL THE ELDERS NOTICE HIM MISSING. THIS SHOULD BE COMPULSARY MANDATE BY THE BOARD OF HEALTH.

i wish i had been taught this way i didn't learn till i was 7 and therefore still have trouble to this day even though im 22 and have had my own swimming pool for 5 years
its not that i dont like it
im just not as good as everybody else

Cool! its funny how i cant swim but the baby can! im jealous! you know this can actually help the baby swim better when he/she gets older!
