His name is Jared Leto and he is indeed also an actor. He played Harry Goldfarb in Requiem for a Dream, Hephaestion in Alexander, Jordan Catalano in the My So-Called Life series, and numerous others. I agree, he looks a lot younger than he really is, and he actually turned 37 two weeks ago.
