well to be completely accurate they are a martial arts demonstration squad (demo team) and their style is xma or mma
however within their demonstrations u can see
capoeria
gymnastics/freerunnning acrobatics
tae kwon do
kung fu
karate
jujitsu
and still im sure im missing some stuff just watch all their vidz

it's not really a sport they do... it's a show... but they have parts from capoeira, kyokushinkai-karate maybe tai jutsu and some other martial arts... some parts look like breakdancing...

Typically XMA is a mixture of taekwondo (the fancy kicks), gymnastics (the flips) and capoeira (the fighting that looks like dancing). Though originally was just a combination of martial art kata's or forms but people have gone nuts with it. Team Ryouko use XSD (Extreme Skill Development) which combines break dancing, acrobtics and many martial arts. So when you see the kung-fu weapons its because they chose to combine Kung-fu or only use it for their chosen act.
